Quality Contract Resources

All CEI Distributed Staffing employees have passed our initial background and reference checks, including employment and education verification as well as work and personal reference checks. We also perform criminal investigation checks and drug testing where necessary. Our resources are pre-screened for superior technical skills and communications capabilities

Our staffing employees work remotely saving us, and ultimately our clients, expenses relating to overhead and other associated costs. These resources all posses an unyielding commitment to quality. On average our IT resources have 8 years of professional IT experience.

Security is Our Concern Too

We provide all of our resources with connectivity through our secure corporate network infrastructure. We employ the same proven security controls we have been using for our software development and project management clients for years. Our security is supported with redundant power back-up, telecommunication service (including VOIP), Internet connectivity, hardware and software support, backup processes and disaster recovery. In addition, the system is protected with firewall, anti-virus, anti-spam and anti-hacker software.

Internet access can be easily restricted where required. Access can be customized to allow only entry into project related sites with proper approval.

Built-In Management and Productivity Controls

CEI’s Distributed Staffing Program has strict, built-in management and productivity controls. We will provide tools and reports that track login/logout times, system uptime, user activity (Internet, application, program and file), usage and data transfer within your environment. Other activities can be tracked as well based upon your specific needs.

Collaborating with Your Team

We provide our consultants with all of the latest communication tools for team collaboration such as Internet-based telephone, video, and other tools, such as Skype and Instant Messaging. These services assure that your CEI resource can effectively communicate with team members from anywhere and at any time.
